About Me

Welcome to A Day in My Madness!

About A Day in My Madness

My name is Sandra and I started A Day in My Madness a few years ago primarily because it was therapeutic.  Several years later, A Day in My Madness has evolved into a mommy blog.  It’s dedicated to sharing the ups and downs this mom goes through.  My survival tips for being an Uber mom when you just don’t feel like one.  And my road to a happier and healthier life for me and my family.  Every mom has a different journey to travel and although I don’t have all the answers, I’m happy to share my successes and even my mistakes and what I’ve learned from them.

What to Expect from ADMM

I’m not going to lie, I blog sporadically, mostly due to the madness in my life.  But when I do, strap in for the emotional roller coaster that is my life. You’ll find A Day in My Madness is an eclectic array of topics, from Autism, Gluten-free recipes, Uber experiences, newly-wed experiences and the like.  I’ve also recently been invited to do some brand influencing on social media and will be sharing my adventures (and some products) while learning the ropes.

About Me

I’m currently on Hiatus from the corporate business world.  I’ve been dabbling in this and that, but mostly concentrating on being a mom of a teenager and an autistic pre-teen.  I’m a wife (for the 2nd time) and still in the honeymoon phase of our marriage.  Lastly, I’m also a sister, daughter, and friend to a group of relatively ‘normal’ people.  But mostly, I’m just your typical Southern California girl that loves to get lost in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles, travel, write, and challenge myself to learn new things and get out of my comfort zone.

Random Facts About Me

I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Sarcasm and occasionally sign language, but only during crazy California rush hour traffic.  Obsessed with all things flat-faced like my Pug Yoda and Boxer Angus, and gorillas (of course)…..let’s see…and the fastest way to shut me up is to put a great book in front of me.

So tune in to ADMM, enjoy the tidbits of my life, and follow me on my social media platforms for a daily dose of me.

-Sandra
